All items are made to order, it takes 2-3 business days for processing before items are shipped. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

Many of our products are custom made to order, therefore these cannot be exchanged or refunded if you order the incorrect size, design or colour. Please ensure you order the correct options.

In case of a damaged product or manufacturing error we offer free replacement. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

Items that are not custom made, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
